We have FREE SHIPPING USD, which will be added upon checkout. Our products ship via USPS priority mail with tracking and signature required.

Lavish Life LLC ships to all US states, islands and territories.

ORDER CONFIRMATION 

Once your order is placed via our online store, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. The confirmation email is proof that we have received your order and that we pre-authorized your credit card for your purchase. The confirmation email will not have tracking information because it takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order and another 3-7 business days to ship out your order. If your order is out of stock we will reach out to you via email or phone call. Our goal is to ship your order as soon as possible. 

Please allow an extra 7 business days due to shipping changes & COVID. Especially during our busy days and holidays.

ORDER SHIPMENT 

If your order is in stock and we process the changes to your credit card typically takes 1-3 business days, your order will ship between approximately five to seven business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided. If you do not receive tracking information from us within seven business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at Lavishlifetm@gmail.com

RETURNS

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. You have 7 days to return the item/items from the date it was delivered. 

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. However, you may cancel your order up to 48 hours from when the order was placed. After the 48-hour period, you will no longer be able to cancel your order. We also do not accept cancellations if the product has been shipped or received. Our cancellation, refund and return policies apply to all of our sales items as well. 

Due to all our products being shipped worldwide please allow 3-4 business days to process, make and ship any items. This does not mean all products will take this long all vary depending on the item.
